Penty Parc is available from 4pm on the first day of occupancy and guests are kindly asked to vacate the property by 10am on the last day to allow for cleaning.

Private Dining –Penty Parc is an outstanding venue for celebrations – a stunning formal dining space, lovely gardens, great food and a warm welcome provide the perfect ingredients for that special party.

Terms of Letting

We request a 20%* deposit to secure a booking with the balance payable by cheque or bank transfer not less than 8 weeks prior to start date. The deposit is non-refundable.The balance payment is also non- refundable if cancellation is within 8 weeks of the start date.

A refundable good housekeeping deposit of £300 is required and returned to you after departure and on leaving the property tidy,clean and undamaged

Occupancy

Occupation is limited to the maximum number of persons for the House as stated above in the available beds only — no additional camp beds, tents, caravans or campervans are allowed. The occupation limits are set in line with the level of services available in the house.
